I received a call from someone with a strong Indian accent, claiming to be from BT. I struggled to understand him and sought clarification, but as soon as I pressed him for more information, he abruptly ended the call!

Received a call from someone claiming to be from Openreach, but their accent was quite thick and foreign, making it hard to understand. I caught only the initial part, where he asked if I could hear him clearly. I replied that I wasn't able to, and then he abruptly cut the call. I suspected it was a scam right away since BT would never make such calls.
