I pressed him for his name and the origin of his call, to which he claimed to be David Wilkins. I expressed my disbelief and demanded proof of his credentials as well as his location. He mentioned it was a BT number and urged me to ring 02086380742. Again, I challenged his threats and reiterated that he had no right to disconnect my service. At that point, he became extremely rude, dismissing me and telling me to shut up!
