This number rang me on my phone, which is weird as I hardly get calls there. A couple years back, I made an insurance claim after someone scratched a rental car I had in Australia, and they never left a way to get in touch. Both the insurance folks and rental company had my number, and these calls began about three months after the accident. I'm pretty sure my info got sold on, maybe by the insurance company trying to cover their costs (heard they do stuff like that sometimes).
