I keep getting calls from this number, and it seems to be a call centre. A gentleman who speaks with a foreign accent is on the other end. I tend to be quite curt with them, mainly because they really do disrupt my busy schedule; I've got a business to manage, after all. It's rather frustrating when you answer the phone only for them to just hang up if I’m not particularly chatty. And surprise, surprise-they tend to ring back a little later!

Is there any way to block these calls without paying? I heard BT offers a free block for nuisance numbers, but since we use a different provider, I'm not sure if they offer the same. It’s really frustrating that the authorities don’t seem to be cracking down on this more - isn’t cold calling meant to be banned? My mum, who’s 88, just got a call from this number and it really worries me. She's living alone and this kind of thing is just not fair on elderly people like her having to deal with these annoying calls.

They ring quite often but hardly ever say anything. When they do finally speak, it’s an asian-sounding person asking to talk to the manager. As soon as I explain it’s a private number, they just hang up straight away without another word.

Got a call around 10 in the morning but it just kept ringing out. Tried returning the call once they dropped but nobody answered. Ended up blocking the number. Seems like one of those scam or spam calls to me.

Such a pain, honestly - these calls just won't quit. They keep ringing about my internet and business phone services, and the bloke sounds Indian but uses a new English name every time he rings. I've told them over and over to knock it off, but they just carry on bugging me.

This number rings us maybe twice a day. Since we're a busy business with noisy equipment, we usually keep the answering machine live all the time, so most of the time these callers just drop off. If I pick up, there's this awkward silence before anyone says anything, so I normally just hang up straight away.

On Tuesday they rang me 11 times in just 5 hours, then rang me again twice yesterday. Luckily, I’ve got BT Call Protect now so I can block annoying numbers like these. It’s great to finally stop all those calls coming through.

I get about two or three calls daily from them, and most of the time I just leave them hanging on the line to annoy them a bit. Sometimes they ask to talk to a manager, and other times they just suddenly cut off. I reckon they’ve clocked my voice by now. Proper irritating.

Got calls from these lot around half a dozen times today. I picked up the first call, which was super early like 3 in the morning! They said they were from TalkTalk, but it’s definitely a scam!

These scammers ring me every day, has been like this for around two years now. They usually sound like they're from India and always start with stuff like "Hello miss, can I talk to the business owner about their phone contract?" or sometimes "Is the owner available to chat about their electricity provider?" They're clearly fishing for your info, and if you don’t give in, their attitude switches fast - gets really curt and unpleasant. Since it's a business number, I can't just block them, so have to put up with all the hassle.

Got a ring from this number earlier, some bloke claiming he could lower my broadband and phone charges. Total scam, don’t trust it. Blocked straight away.
