Got a call from some woman claiming to be Jenny from BT tech support, saying my internet was in danger and being used without permission. Problem is, I’m not even a BT customer. I answered all her questions until I mentioned we've got our own IT team here, then she just hung up on me.

Got a call from some automated voice claiming it was from my "internet provider" warnin' me my service would be disconnected unless I hit "1" to chat with them. Yeah, sure, like I'll fall for that. Never ever press any buttons with calls like this. Honestly, it's just a complete waste of time. I'm seriously thinking about blocking all numbers apart from a couple of trusted contacts - these days it seems like every call is from scammers or fraudsters.

Got a missed call from a landline earlier, so I decided to block it. Just read some of the other comments here and I’m glad I did!
