Hello there,
I had a rather unsettling experience with this individual yesterday while I was at my place of employment. They insisted on knowing my name and then proceeded to ring me back roughly ten more times throughout the day! It got to the point where we felt it necessary to threaten calling the authorities. What a nuisance!

We run a retail establishment and received a rather alarming phone call from this number. The caller insisted on speaking directly to the owner, claiming to represent National Grid. When we explained that the owner was unavailable, the individual-who appeared to be of Indian descent-erupted into an aggressive tirade over the phone. We handed the line over to the manager, who attempted to engage with him in a courteous manner, inquiring about the purpose of the call. Fortunately, we sensed something was amiss and decided to hang up!

Honestly, this bloke is rather clueless. He had the gall to ask, "Can I chat with the owner of the business?" and when I informed him that they weren't in (which is our usual response to pesky cold callers!), he just scoffed and cut the line. I've attempted to ring him back; I intend to politely inquire who he’s working for, then I'll reach out to them directly to express my dissatisfaction. To any company out there employing this chap for cold calls, be warned: he’s doing your reputation a great disservice, and once I uncover who he’s representing, I’ll be sure to let them know!

I've been receiving calls from a rather unpleasant chap from this number, of Indian descent, no less. He incessantly hounds us for information regarding our energy provider. When we mentioned that we're not inclined to provide any details and requested him to cease his incessant ringing-since our line is dedicated to taking food delivery orders-he resorted to foul language! The audacity! He persisted in calling back nearly two dozen times, effectively disrupting our communications. Eventually, we had to resort to turning on the answering machine, only for this buffoon to leave us voicemail messages full of expletives. We attempted to return the call, but surprise, surprise-no one answers! It certainly has the hallmarks of a scam, if you ask me...

I received a call from a rather impolite gentleman with an Indian accent who claimed I had lodged a complaint regarding our fuel suppliers, which was far from the truth. He insisted he could assist me, but I declined his offer politely. Unfortunately, he became quite aggressive, raising his voice dramatically. I decided to hang up, but he persisted in calling back repeatedly, shouting and being utterly disrespectful. In total, he rang me five or six times, forcing me to silence my phone for a bit. I attempted to return his calls, yet it just rang endlessly. The number was supposedly linked to a gas or electricity provider, or so he claimed.

I’m almost certain this is one of those overseas call centres as I work remotely and people tend to treat my home number like it's a commercial line. They claimed to be from the national grid service, which I acknowledged, but when they realised I hadn’t quite grasped what they were saying, they practically yelled, “THE NATIONAL GRID SERVICE!” at me. That was when I decided it was time to hang up, but to my dismay, they proceeded to call me back four times! I’m not one to entertain anyone who resorts to such harassment.

I've received a dodgy call claiming to be from an energy provider, possibly npower, E.ON, or British Gas, claiming there's a refund owed to me. They wanted my bank details to process it. I'm really concerned that more vulnerable folks, especially the elderly, might get caught out by this. This sort of thing must be put to an end before it does any real harm!

I received a rather odd phone call earlier, and judging by the racket in the background, it definitely came from a call centre. When I answered with a friendly "hello," there was an awkward silence before they abruptly disconnected without uttering a single word. Quite baffling, really!

I received a call from a chap, but I simply couldn’t make out a word he was saying. He tried to repeat himself, but the background noise was just mad-totally drowned him out. When he asked if I could hear him or if it was too loud, I mentioned it was indeed too loud, and that’s when he just hung up! I really don’t understand the logic behind ringing someone up just to hang up without much fuss. What’s the point?

I've had it up to here with these persistent calls claiming to be from our gas and electricity suppliers. They keep saying they're from Eon, Npower, or British Gas, but I reckon it's all a load of nonsense.
