Check out the situation with Mr Hoy and Onovo UK Ltd, especially around Isle of Hoy Phone Repair and HMRC Hoy. Apparently, he was once a market trader. I’ve heard that he or his family are involved with the Onovo repair centre in Norwich. Loads of folks have had phones go missing after sending them off for repairs. They send their phones in, then somehow they vanish. Meanwhile, companies like Vodafone are sending replacements, but the original devices might be ending up sold illegally somewhere. Quite a dodgy setup, if you ask me.
