I just received an automated call that pretended to be from the 'BT Internet Department', stating that my broadband would be cut off unless I did something urgently. I didn't stick around to listen and hung up straight away. This appears to be the same pre-recorded spiel that's been pestering me from different numbers for ages, making it tricky to block them. It's been going on for months now! I strongly encourage anyone getting these sorts of calls to end the call immediately and report it as a scam. Stay vigilant, folks!
