I told the bloke it was a scam when he kept going on about some car crash I supposedly had. I hung up straight away. He phoned back almost immediately, swearing it wasn’t a scam, but you could tell he was really annoyed by me not buying it. Then, outta nowhere, he said he was going to screw me over or something like that, so I just told him to bugger off and he just cut the call. What a lovely guy.

so this guy edwin rings up, his accent was real thick, going on about some car crash i supposedly had in the past year or so. i told him flat out i hadn’t been in any accident for a long time, actually not in the last 18 years! he then tries to suggest maybe it was a relative living with me or something, but that’s just not the case. when he mentioned he’d double-check his info i cut him off and asked him to take my details off his call list, no more of this nonsense.
