11 yearsI chose not to pick up the call, and it went straight to voicemail - yet no message was left. When I tried to ring them back, I was met with a full voicemail box, so I couldn’t leave a message either. The caller was from TalkTalk.11 yearsI keep getting relentless calls from someone claiming to be from "TalkTalk." They insist that I must arrange a new line within the next 48 hours and keep insisting that they owe me £200. I told them, "You keep calling me, but I've never been a TalkTalk customer!" The chap on the other end got quite aggressive, demanding to know if I wanted the £200 or not. I stated firmly, "No, thank you; I’ve never dealt with you. Please take my number off your list." In response, he shouted something unintelligible before switching back to English, saying they couldn’t remove my number until I received that supposed £200. He then carried on shouting for me to hang up, clearly frustrated when I didn’t immediately drop the line. This is turning into a daily ordeal, with calls coming through 3 or 4 times a day! Can anyone offer any advice on how to handle this annoying situation? It’s particularly bothersome since my little one is trying to nap!
