This bloke has been ringing me non-stop, even tho I've blocked him like 4 times already. He switches his number all the time so blocking doesn't seem to help. He went ahead and updated my website plus did some SEO work without real agreement. I told him the budget was set and it had to be either the site update or the SEO, not both. But he reckons I owe him for both and then went as far as locking my company’s website until I paid up. Proper nasty move if you ask me.
