We’ve had calls from them a couple of times today, but whenever I answer, there’s complete silence on the other end.

I got a call from a guy with a strange accent who said he was ringing from Marks and Spencer’s. He asked if he was talking to me, so I said yes. Then he wanted to know if my washing machine was working alright. I asked him again where he was calling from, and he said Marks and Spencer’s. He asked once more about the washing machine, I told him it’s fine, then he just said goodbye and hung up. Bit odd really.

Got a call around 3:20 on Saturday afternoon. They said they’d send me some paperwork to help get back PPI. I told them they had no business poking into my stuff and that I’d be reporting their company. Then the call just dropped.

When I asked which property she meant, she actually gave my own house address. Makes me wonder if they've got our info from one of those leaks, maybe like the Talk Talk breach or something?

I got a call from someone named Barbara who said she needed to check my age and address to help me claim PPI. When I tried to find out why she needed that info and how she even had my number, she got really irritated and told me I was being rude and wasting her time. Funny thing is, she was the one who rang me in the first place!

Received a call related to a PPI claim that apparently had been lodged. The caller had a noticeable Indian accent and struggled with English. When I inquired about who had instigated the claim and how they obtained my contact details, he became quite abrasive, resorting to expletives, and insisted he was some sort of deity, demanding that I listen and respond to his questions. I requested to be transferred to a supervisor or manager, to which he again referred to himself as a god. Upon attempting to return the call, the number was deemed unrecognised. The whole experience was not only rude but utterly ridiculous and a waste of my time.
