They said to press 1 to continue or 2 to speak with someone. I chose 1. A guy with an Indian accent came on the line. When I asked him what bank he was representing, he couldn’t specify, just said it was all Visa banks. I told him straight up it sounded like a scam, but he didn’t say anything back.
