I received a call today from someone I don't recognise, just a day after we sold our car. When they asked about the vehicle, I couldn't help but reply, “Do you really want to sift through the nonsense we dished out to the last caller, or shall we save ourselves some bother and I hang up now?” To my surprise, they responded haughtily with something along the lines of, “You ought to mention 'NC' in your advert,” before abruptly ending the call. Quite the experience, really!
