Really weird tbh. I called back after seeing the number was supposedly from Barnet Council, but got some robotic voicemail instead. I doubt Barnet Council just rings you out of the blue like that, normally they send a letter or email first. Plus, this was way out of office hours - their office closes around 5 or 5:30pm, and this call was recorded at 6:15pm. Feels pretty dodgy to me.
