I received a rather dubious call from this number, claiming to be about 'my computer', which was baffling since there's no such device in my 90-year-old mother's home. I promptly told the chap on the other end to take this number off their list. To my astonishment, he insisted that I’d need to fork out £19 to have my details deleted from their so-called records. It's clearly a con! I can easily see how unsuspecting individuals might just cough up the cash for a quiet life. Honestly, I reckon all cold calling should be outlawed!

Got a call from this number just now. It was a chap with a bit of an accent, claiming there was an issue with my computer. He wanted me to grab a pen and paper and head over to my computer for some 'assistance' with the so-called problem. Honestly, do they think I'm gullible?

Upon picking up the call, I was met with silence. After saying "hello" multiple times, I finally heard a woman's airy voice-seemingly trying to hide her identity-murmur "goodbye" before abruptly ending the call. Just to mention, I'm situated in Hastings, New Zealand.

I attempted to call the number 02083116688, but it returned an error stating the number wasn't recognised. Upon answering, a chap inquired about my wife, Deboraha. His voice had a hint of an eastern accent, which was quite noticeable. He proceeded to ask whether my computer was functioning properly, claiming to be affiliated with Microsoft. He wanted to know if I was experiencing any difficulties with my computer. He insisted, "You do own a computer, don’t you?" I replied in the negative, and after a rather awkward silence, I encouraged him not to be shy about continuing the conversation. But lo and behold, he hung up! I'm telling you, there’s something dodgy about this fellow. We should definitely keep an eye out for him!
