They seem to have an arsenal of different numbers, with this one being just another in their relentless pursuit. They call several times a day, even at my workplace, which is quite absurd considering we’ve never disclosed our contact details to them. It honestly baffles me how they’ve got hold of this information. It’s as if they have no understanding or empathy for those of us grappling with financial hardship, especially as my working hours have been significantly reduced. We are currently in the process of proposing an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) to our creditors, which means we must cease all payments until it’s either agreed upon or rejected.
