I've just received a rather dodgy call claiming that there's an arrest warrant out in my name due to some supposed tax issues. The voice on the line was robotic, urging me to hit '1' if I wanted to discuss the matter further. My guess is, this would redirect me to a call centre in India. Best to just disregard such nonsense!
