I just picked up a call from this number and it was definitely Brampton Windows over in Bexleyheath. Bit odd really, 'cause the number they called me from isn't the same as the one listed on their site or their business card. Still, the call was genuine, so it's not a scam or anything.

No clue who was ringing me, but if it was someone I had an agreement with or was waiting to hear from, I’d definitely expect an email too, especially nowadays. Getting a call just after 5pm on a weekday always makes me a bit suspicious, like maybe it’s a spammer or some cold caller trying their luck - could even be a scam. I checked the number and it seems to belong to BT, so I wouldn’t be shocked if it’s just another cold call about EE or something similar. Ended up blocking it.
