4 yearsI got a call from 02083953728 and the guy was saying someone messed with my IP address and it was open for anyone to see. He wanted me to share my IP so he could supposedly fix it. He asked what gadgets I had connected, so I played along to see where it was heading. Then he told me to grab paper and pen and open my browser, instructing me to type in www.Google or something. I told him I’d already got BT Protect and use Norton Safe Search, and that seemed to throw him off a bit. Made up an excuse and ended the call. It all felt really sketchy. Then about 5 minutes later, a different number called, and when I answered, the person immediately hung up after hearing my voice.
