I got a call from someone asking if they were speaking to Mr Henry, which is actually my first name, so I told him he sort of got it right. He said he was calling from somewhere in SE Asia but using a virtual office in London, which explained the local-looking phone number. The bloke wanted to check if my computer was slow because of some bizarre "invaders" or viruses that he said were like nothing else out there. His English wasn’t great, but I kept him chatting for a good few minutes. After I'd finished my tea, I asked if he knew I was registered with the TPS - turns out he did. I explained why I was on the list and then kindly told him goodbye, having taken up about twenty minutes of his time.

Got a call at 3:55 this arvo, no one spoke and then they just ended it. Sounds like a right dodgy scam dont it?

I get calls from this number pretty often. I usually just ignore it, but I did pick up one time. It wasn’t rude or anything, just one of those annoying calls that get in the way.
