I can genuinely attest that this service is effective! They promptly processed a refund through a text message, enabling a refugee family to collect their funds at a nearby Post Office. With a courteous yet assertive inquiry backed by factual information, I received a swift and competent response.

I was taken aback when a refugee family was billed £29 before they even inquired about it. It’s quite alarming to think that such tactics are aimed at vulnerable families and the elderly in the UK. Additionally, the company sent an unsolicited premium text from the number 65013, which they certainly didn't ask for. It’s a disgraceful practice that feels like nothing more than a scheme to swindle money from those in need.

What an absolute nightmare! I’ve been duped into losing a fiver to these dodgy outfits like New Level Ventures and Ngage, not to mention Can I Be The Winner and Salesalerts.com. They’ve even got connections to that Firstchoice phony number! It’s outrageous. I had to spend ages trying to convince Three to cancel a subscription I never even opted into. Honestly, these swindlers are the worst; they really ought to be dealt with severely!

Upon reviewing my bank statement, I noticed a peculiar £4.17 charge for a premium message from the number 65013, which, funnily enough, contained the same details shared by others. I've reached out to [email protected] for clarification and I'm now sitting tight for their reply. I also attempted to prevent these pesky messages through my provider, O2, but they informed me that they can only block premium calls, sadly not the texts themselves.

i told them i got billed for some contest i never joined and saw loads of others had the same problem so i wanted it fixed asap. they rang me back and said they'd removed me from their list and to expect a code from the post office on my phone to claim my refund, which i got lucky! also, ring your phone company and ask to block premium rate texts so this sort of thing doesnt happen again!

Hey there! So, I noticed a charge pop up on my phone bill that I definitely hadn’t agreed to, which prompted me to dig a bit deeper. I reached out to a couple of contacts based on the information I managed to track down, and one email really paid off: [email protected]. In my message, I explained that I’d been erroneously billed for a competition I hadn’t entered, and it seemed like a fair few others were facing the same situation. I requested some assistance in sorting it out. Would you believe it? They called me back and confirmed that my number had been removed from their database. They also informed me that I would soon receive a code at my mobile from the post office to claim my refund, which, much to my relief, came through! What a stroke of luck! As a side note, I'd recommend ringing your mobile provider and asking them to block any premium-rate texts. That way, you can avoid this sort of hassle in the future! Cheers!

Received a message on the 21st of October in 2016, and frankly, I had no clue what it was about. Clearly just one of those pathetic "you've won something" scams. I ended up firing back a text saying STOP!!! and what do you know, they charged me a tenner for the trouble. Absolute thieving scoundrels! I managed to grab the landline number from EE, which was 02082438562, gave it a ring, and shocker - couldn’t get through. Apparently, the outfit is called New Level Venture. What a surprise!

I got a text from this number and ended up deleting it, but my phone bill still showed a £5 charge. After contacting my provider, they gave me a refund and told me to text 'stop' to 65013 to avoid any charges. Luckily, that text didn’t cost me a penny.

My 12-year-old daughter just lost a fiver to these thieving scoundrels. She got a text claiming she’d been entered into a competition for a Range Rover. We promptly blocked the number and chucked the message, but they still managed to swipe her credit. Fortunately, EE came to the rescue and refunded her the money.

I noticed a deduction of £5 from my ID Mobile account, which has left me quite puzzled. It seems they've shared my information with a third-party company without my consent. I reached out to ID's customer service, but they were unable to shed any light on the identity of this firm or halt this subscription. The number they've provided is 02082438562. Blimey, what a racket! I received a premium SMS claiming I'd won a chance for a Range Rover. Can you believe they charged me a fiver for an SMS I never even opted in for? Straightaway, I shot off an email to their support at [email protected], demanding to know how they got hold of my information, who gave the nod for that subscription, and if anyone did, then I'd like to see some proof of it! I insisted on a full refund and for them to scrub my number from their records. To my surprise, I had a reply by the next day, and joy of joys, they refunded me!

I’ve stumbled across a dodgy outfit named can I be the winner.com. They've managed to siphon off £5 from my account somehow, and I’m still scratching my head over it. I reached out to EE, and apparently, they’re well aware of this lot but couldn't offer much help apart from blocking the number. They did recommend that I get in touch with phonepayplus.org.uk to lodge a complaint about this. Just thought I’d share my experience to help anyone else who might fall into this trap!

I've been inundated with calls from this number, and to make matters worse, I've been slapped with an £8.33 charge on my bill, even when I’ve not picked up! The caller appears to be linked to a company named Canibethewinner, which seems to have ties to some sort of gambling-related spam. I’m not one for betting, and I keep a close eye out for any dodgy activities like scams. Could you please look into this number for me? I'd truly appreciate it. Cheers!

I just rang up to book a doctor's appointment and, lo and behold, £5 was whipped from my account for some dubious car draw. It's nothing short of theft, if you ask me! What’s baffling is why no one seems to be taking action against this sort of swindle. Is there any chance the NHS is in cahoots with these crooks? - Peter, 07435 353874
