I recently received a communication indicating that this is Customs Clearance Limited, and apparently they've got a parcel of mine in their possession. However, they seem unwilling to release it unless I cough up more cash. They provided us with this number, but curiously, every time I try to ring them, it goes unanswered. I don't mind settling the dues, provided it’s not some dubious scheme.

I received an email asking for import duty on an amp I supposedly purchased, but the tracking number and description didn’t match anything I ordered. If this is legit, the company really needs to sort out their messy and unprofessional website. The site was (#JccIpay[###] and it's meant to be located in Feltham, but I’m honestly not convinced about that.
