got a call from someone pretending to be with the Financial Advice Bureau, asking if I recalled a PPI refund from a couple of years back (which I never got). I reckon they’re trying to find out if I’ve used a claims management firm or if there’s some refund I’m entitled to but haven’t received.

They ring maybe three or four times daily but as soon as I pick up, they just cut off. Really frustrating!
