They asked for loads of info, which makes me worry it could be used for identity theft. The number is 0208 187 5099, just so others can be careful.

Got a robo call saying it was from HMRC and they want me to ring them back right away cos it's urgent. Seems like a scam to me, so definitely not bothering to call back.

This number just rang me, pretending to be from HMRC - total con! What made it funny was the recorded voice was American, which is so off. For starters, HMRC always sends letters, not random calls. Plus, I don’t even pay tax! And if they do phone, it’s always a real person, not some robot message. Also, they definitely wouldn’t have some American doing the job - that’s proper dodgy. I hung up straight away after hearing the first sentence, so I’m not sure what they wanted exactly. Just a heads up, don’t get fooled by this rubbish!

Looks like these bank details belong to someone called Tadeusz Klepka, number 23697224141859. Not sure if it’s still valid or what, but that’s the info I got.

Got this robo call claiming HMRC's taken me to court and I gotta ring back quick as it’s 'urgent'. Yeah right, HMRC usually send letters, not creepy automated calls. Not born yesterday, cheers!
