This person claimed to be from BT, saying our line was still on analogue, which isn’t true. When I asked if they really worked for BT, they got weird, asking about how many phones and even if we used a fax machine. They said they were calling from the main office in London. I told them to email me instead and I’d reply there, but they never actually requested my email! Seems like a total scam to me.
