Got a call from this number at about 8.30am today. I asked them two times who they were and where they got my phone number from. They wanted me to verify my postcode, which I refused to do. When I mentioned I’m registered with TPS and that what they were doing was illegal, the caller just hung up. Honestly, it’s so frustrating that we have to be this suspicious every single time the phone rings!

When I picked up, a woman with a thick foreign accent just said "Hello?" then there was this weird muffled blast, like some sort of background noise, and after that the call just cut off dead. The line sounded all crackly too.

Some bloke called, asked straight for me by name, then went on to say something like "Do you have a Bosch washing machine?" I wasn’t really sure what to say, so I just gave a vague reply. Then he added, "You’re over 20 years old, right?" I hesitated again and he just cut the call off. Sounded like he had a faint Indian or Pakistani accent. When I tried ringing back, no one picked up.

Got a call from a woman with a foreign accent who said her name was Lucy (bit odd for a foreigner, right?). She wanted to speak to my husband, but he wasn’t around, so I told her. Then she asked if I was his wife, which I confirmed. After that, she asked if I was happy with my broadband provider. I was confused and asked what broadband she meant. She just said she was verifying whether I had broadband before hanging up. I tried calling the number back, but it just says unknown number. Anyone know if it's possible to track these calls?

My phone lights up calling me, but when I answer, no ones there. Could be a number missing a digit or something? It rings at all times - morning, evening, even afternoon. Just got a call from it at like 8.45 this morning.
