I received a rather persistent call from a woman who identified herself as being from the so-called "connect zone." She was quite insistent on needing information regarding my mobile contract, claiming she could offer me a superior deal. It all felt quite dodgy to me, honestly. I suspect it might be some sort of scam.

I was approached by them regarding a contract and they collected all my banking information. I was promised an email confirmation within a day, but here I am, four days later, and still no correspondence has come through. Quite concerning, to say the least!
