Apparently, this was a call from something called the "Credit Fraud Investigations Department." It’s evident it’s just a con. They didn't even get my name right, yet they asserted that I was in massive debt.

Got a call warning me that my internet would be cut off for a whole day unless I pressed 1 to check for some kind of illegal stuff. Total nonsense if you ask me.
