I told them straight away that I’m on the Telephone Preference Service and that I’d be reporting the call. They seemed oddly well-informed about me, so I mentioned I’d be filing a data subject access request. Still, the operator stuck to their script and said someone from management would ring me back to explain things. I tried looking up ECO Roofs online but couldn’t find anything real.
