Oddly enough, they had my name and address, which was a bit alarming. They went so far as to mention a password that I’m certain I’ve never employed. Their spiel about my policy being up for renewal raised several red flags for me. I had to assert multiple times that I wanted every trace of my information wiped from their records. It felt distinctly like a scam to me.
