If you get dodgy calls or weird ones, you should really report them. Just text the number and what happened to 7726. When loads of folks report the same number, the phone companies will put a warning on it so no one else gets caught out. Don’t bother reporting real business calls though. For scam texts, just forward them to 7726. And if you get scam emails or pics of dodgy texts with suspicious links, send them to ‘[email protected]’. If you think the scammer has your bank info, ring your bank straight away and also call the police on 0300 123 2040. Better to be safe than sorry!
