What a complete con! They’ll bombard you with all sorts of ludicrous claims about exclusive deals, only to then request an unlock code that they’ll send via text message. Whatever you do, don’t hand over your digits to them - doing so would grant them unfettered access to your phone and personal information.

The call was pretty hard to follow, but they did give me an "extension number" and said I could call back on it. After the call, I went ahead and updated all my account info right away since it seemed like a dodgy spam call to me.
