Got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent claiming to be from National Grid. He reckoned our business was overpaying and that we should get some money back. I decided to humour him a bit. When I asked if he needed my bank info, he said no, but then passed me on to another guy who greeted me with "Hello darling, how are you?" Seriously? I asked if he really just called me darling, he said yes and repeated the greeting. Utterly ridiculous and totally unprofessional 😂😂😂 I told him to stop calling me that and ended the call.

Got a call at work from some foreign bloke who wanted to know if I owned the company. When I said no, he asked what my name was, then wanted my mobile number, and bizarrely asked if I was single!
