Each time we attempt to call back, a gentleman with a foreign accent picks up. After quite a few attempts to get to the bottom of this, we managed to get someone who identified themselves as Glad Johnson, but then on the next try, we were met with a completely different name that we couldn’t quite catch. It seems they’re unwilling to remove us from their contact list, and it’s become rather vexing. I feel it's necessary to flag this situation for investigation.
