I can't be bothered to provide any evidence for that, no way. We've been fortunate enough to receive assistance from them on multiple occasions without any issues at all. Our partner was quite pleased with the subscription we had with this company, to be honest.

I genuinely appreciate the valuable information shared here. Our partner received a call from 020814013, and the individuals claimed to be representatives from Microsoft. We ended up with a Trojan on our device, which was quite alarming. I’m keen to know the proper procedure for reporting any issues with our computer systems-it's quite unsettling how easily one can be misled into thinking a scam is legitimate. After a bit of investigation, we discovered that these two blokes were actually trying to coax payment via credit card over the phone. A massive thank you to the search engines for revealing this!

All the same, it feels like a bit of a swindle.

Just received an eerily similar call not long ago. These folks were asking for our card details, and we let them know that we don’t carry our cards on us unless it’s absolutely necessary. They seemed a bit put out by our response, but oh well, that’s life for you!

I appreciate the insights shared here. I just received a call from 020814013, claiming to be affiliated with Microsoft, alleging that our system was compromised by a Trojan. Given that we routinely report issues with our computer, it nearly seemed credible. However, upon investigating the number, I found that two individuals have previously asked for credit card details over the phone! A massive thank you to the search engine for unveiling the truth!

We're not looking to validate anything here, not at all. We've received assistance from them four or five times without any fuss. Our associate was quite pleased with the subscription we took out with this company too.

I appreciate the heads-up regarding these calls! I just received a rather alarming call from 02081444013, claiming to be affiliated with Microsoft, and suggesting that our system had been compromised by a Trojan. Given that we routinely report issues on our computers, it almost seemed genuine. However, a quick search confirmed my suspicions, as two individuals were flagged for trying to solicit credit card payments over the phone! Cheers to search engines for keeping us informed!

We received a call from the same number and were sceptical, thinking it might be a scam. We quickly terminated the call when they asked for our banking and card information. Surprisingly, about a month later, my computer's Windows software went kaput. We decided to give them a ring again, and they managed to reinstall Windows for us, sorting out all the issues. Now, my computer is functioning like it’s brand new! Huge thanks to them, and may they be blessed!

Oh, my goodness, I assure you, this wasn't a con at all! We found ourselves in a bit of a pickle during an office presentation, and these lovely folks came to our rescue in a flash. Honestly, every time we call upon them, they're just so incredibly helpful!
