I then looked up the number they gave me, 02081443833 ext 1007, supposedly Ian Morris. After that, I phoned Three myself and they said no calls about upgrades had been made, and I’m not even eligible for an upgrade right now. I also contacted my bank and asked them to watch out for any unusual charges.
