They tell me I’m owed £5,000 for PPI wrongly added to my mortgage. I fed them some dodgy details and they keep using that info to sound convincing. I've reported it both to the police and via www.actionfraud.police.uk. They now want me to ring 0208 144 3034 after getting a ukase voucher for £250 (which they call a 5% charge). Yeah right! But I’m not stopping, I’ll keep letting the authorities know everything. The best bit? The bloke on the phone had a thick Asian accent but said his name was Alex Jones! Guess they’ve been watching The One Show or something!
