I’m having exactly the same issue. I transferred £610 to them more than three months back, but my flight ticket still hasn’t arrived. Now, they won’t even pick up my calls.

So I got tricked by this so-called travel company who said they could get me a flight to Zimbabwe. I handed over £800 for the ticket, but now they won't give me the ticket or even refund me. When I asked for their ATOL licence, they just wouldn't share it. Honestly, avoid these lot at all costs. I've lost my cash and haven't a clue where to turn now.
