Today I got a call from someone saying they were from a firm named ####, supposedly representing talktalk. They wanted my personal info, like my address. I didn’t give it to them, so they couldn’t share any other info with me.

Got a call from someone pretending to be TalkTalk, saying my line was corrupted and might get cut off, telling me to press 1 or 2 to fix it. This happened right in the middle of me already talking with TalkTalk’s tech team live about the problem! Quite fishy if you ask me.
