Fast forward to now, these chaps have rebranded themselves as 'micro pc solutions' and have been bombarding me with 2 to 3 calls every week, each time insisting that my Windows system has encountered yet another virus. The callers - all male, seemingly of Indian descent - consistently present themselves with names like David or Matthew, though their command of English leaves much to be desired. Just this morning, a gentleman by the name of Devin Shah reached out, asserting that my computer was once again compromised. However, I've since changed my service provider due to this ongoing scam.
