I picked up the phone and heard a voice with an Indian accent asking for me by name. I didn’t respond, so the caller hung up. Then, just ten minutes later, my phone rang again with the same caller. Quite peculiar!

I got a call the same day, and it was so similar. Some people pretending to be solicitors talking about a car crash that I never had. Definitely a scam.

I got a call from a bloke claiming he was from some law firm, RTA solicitors or summat, trying to chat with me. Honestly, he didn’t sound like any proper lawyer, plus there was loads of noise in the background, like other people yakking or on the phone. Then he asked if I recalled anyone from my home reporting an incident to the cops about two years ago. Thing is, no one at this place has ever done that, not through this number anyway. So I just told him to jog on and piss off politely. Haven’t had any more calls since then!
