It was clear to me from the start that this was a ruse. She mentioned she'd be giving me another call, which is quite disheartening. It's astonishing how people can be so brazenly deceitful. Even more troubling is the thought that such individuals might find employment in sensitive areas like healthcare or elder care. If only there were a way to track these nuisance calls, but it seems the authorities aren't interested in pursuing these matters anymore. I trust this serves as a cautionary tale for others who might find themselves on the end of a similar call.
