2 yearsOn the evening of 11th June 2024, around 5:30, I got a call from someone named Jackson Roberts who said he was with the Co-Operative Bank’s provincial team. He mentioned that there were some suspicious or unauthorised transactions on my account and asked me to verify some personal info. After that, he said he’d carry out security checks to see if any other dodgy activity had happened. Oddly enough, he rang me back from a different number later on, so I ended up getting calls from two separate numbers, which felt a bit off to me.Jackson RobertsCo - operative BankSubmit Your Own Report (020 8133 5935)
