Got a dodgy call about some car crash compensation - typical phishing scam, it seems. I reckon they're just scraping numbers off Gumtree, because I got two almost identical calls within five minutes after putting my motorbike up for sale. Quite suspicious if you ask me!

Whenever I put ads up on Gumtree, I often get calls from 020 numbers. One that pops up a lot is National Accident Helpline, but they're definitely not based in London. They seem to be using some kind of tech to mask where they really are - probably somewhere in Asia.

Got a dodgy call, hung up and phoned a different number straight after. Definitely blocking it now.

Had a call the other day from someone called Sam, sounded like a typical scammer from Bangladesh or somewhere similar. Claims to be offering insurance services but uses loads of different London numbers. Definitely a total con - best to steer clear of them completely.
