It seems to me that there’s a touch of contradiction in your statement. @pbl. Could you clarify just how you’re asserting that this is governed by UK law when, as you pointed out, prempensions.com, which you’re endorsing, is actually based in Alicante, Spain? Might you also be so good as to provide the FSA registration number for Premier Pensions SL? It’s a legal necessity for them to operate within the UK, after all. Or perhaps we’re looking at the possibility that they lack such a registration, leading to the conclusion that they are, in fact, operating without regulation?

Received a call from this number. A rather talkative lady was on the line, claiming something about financial help. As far as I'm concerned, I can't fathom why she'd be contacting us, especially since we're registered with TPS. When we inquired about her reasons for calling, she seemed clueless about how she acquired our number; apparently, it was just part of a list she had. We didn't linger on the line for much longer and swiftly hung up.

We just rang up 01202 835800 and a chap named 'Simon' answered, introducing himself as from 'Pension Lending.' Then we decided to try 01202 835600, and lo and behold, it was the very same 'Simon' again, but this time he claimed to work for 'Moneymeans.' After that, I attempted to get through to 01202 8351, but it just rang out with no answer! It’s pretty clear this company is up to no good!
