Got an email supposedly from Co-op Bank, kept saying 'fraud' like four times, and wanted me to ring a certain number about a "recent transaction" on my account. They never gave any part of an account number though. I haven't made any recent transactions at all. The main Co-op Bank office is in Manchester, but this phone number is based in the outskirts of Greater London. Also, this number isn't listed anywhere on the official Co-op Bank site. At the bottom of the email, it says "Information correct as at 04/2019", which felt a bit sketchy.

Hang up, wait a few moments to make sure the line is fully disconnected, then ring your bank back using the number on the back of your card. These days scammers can fake any bank number, so you can’t really tell if it’s really your bank warning you about some urgent issue or just a smart scammer trying to trick you. Better safe than sorry, honestly.
