Got a call from someone pretending to be from E-on, but they were just scammers. They recorded bits of my voice during the chat and then stitched it together to trick me into a contract I've never actually agreed to. This happened about a year back, and now they’ve rang me again. We got stuck with the contract last time, even after taking it to the ombudsman, who just said it looked “authentic” despite us knowing it was obviously tampered with. Proper nightmare of a company or bloke.

I keep getting calls from this sales rep who won’t leave me alone about switching my utilities. He pesters me nonstop and even tries to get me to give him someone else’s phone number. When I reluctantly give another person’s contact and they tell him to stop, he just rings back again and again. It’s usually around 15-20 calls daily. I’ve already reported him to Ofcom because it’s just ridiculous.
