I received a call from someone claiming to be from Windows Technical Support, saying they were a technician ready to assist with some potential issues on our system. Quite the unexpected distraction!

They kept ringing back one after the other - first time the number was hidden, then they claimed to be from 'windows support'. When I didn’t pick up, they dropped a voicemail begging me to get back in touch because it was something to do with my computer... quite annoying really!
