When I called again, they concocted a story about the bank accidentally sending too much, insisting I needed to pay another £502 to rectify the situation. When I pushed back, they threatened to confiscate the £900 I had already sent. I'm now left with no choice but to report this to the police. Be aware that they may have individuals reaching out to you, pretending to be from the Corporate Bank or the Inland Revenue.
